Converge West Falls rendering
Converge West Falls will be a 438-unit, 550,000-sf, 13-story apartment building, including 18,000 sf of ground floor retail and below-grade parking. Tenant amenities will include a clubroom, a reservable private dining area, a variety of work-from-home spaces, a fitness center, an indoor children’s play area, a music room, a pet spa, and secure rooms for bicycle storage. Accessible from the clubroom and fitness center is a 35,000-sf landscaped courtyard for the exclusive use of tenants and their guests, featuring a variety of outdoor seating areas, an interactive water fountain, outdoor kitchens and grills, a swimming pool and bathhouse, and plats for tenant urban gardens. The secure residential parking garage will include 28 electrical vehicle (EV) charging stations.
Using HyperWall™ panels will reduce the construction time required to close the building by 33%, with significantly less on-site labor and equipment. Factory-installed windows will eliminate the need for the glazing trade to be present on-site. The panel system will also reduce the building’s embodied carbon by at least an estimated 50% compared to architectural precast concrete.

Building Composites will provide 1,030 HyperWall panels, building information modeling (BIM) and connection designs. Factory-installed glazing will be incorporated into the panels in partnership with Service Glass.
