Ferryman to oversee all operational functions across the organization
MORAINE, Ohio, Aug. 12, 2025 — Building Composites, an innovator in sustainable exterior building skin systems, announced the promotion of Troy Ferryman to chief operating officer. Ferryman, who previously served as the company’s controller, will now manage all operational functions across the organization.
In his new role, Ferryman’s responsibilities will include overseeing the company’s production, procurement and quality operations. In addition, he will manage the company’s administrative functions such as accounting, finance and information technology.
“Given our significant growth over the past year and a half, it became apparent that we needed a COO to not only drive the day-to-day efficiencies of our operations, but to enhance synergy and harmony across our growing team,” said Andy Loff, chief executive officer of Building Composites. “Troy has already assumed many of those functions within the organization, and has excelled in all areas. I have no doubt he will ensure and uphold the company’s long-term vision and success.”

The company has brought its state-of-the-art manufacturing along with approximately 100 jobs to the Dayton area. Its HyperWall™ panel system is a high-quality, sustainable exterior building skin system that incorporates proven material, design and manufacturing technologies to simplify building construction while enabling greater versatility and lower overall project costs.[.large]
